The brand is not everything and when I say a brand, I am talking, of course, about the clothes we are buying from certain brand shops. Yes, we women love shopping, I think almost all women can relate with that because we kinda’ have it in our blood. As a woman who absolutely loves shopping and seeing what’s new in stores, I would like to tell you that the brand’s not everything. This is the statement of a real woman who goes to several shops in order to buy the things she likes, but sometimes those things are not that great as I thought they would be when I try them on and purchased them.
Once we wear the clothes we recently bought, right the next day most of the times, we notice that they immediately become wrinkly or start to become loose after only a couple of hours, sometimes they even lose the color after the first wash. That’s when we realize that those clothes we just got and we were so happy about (sometimes even paid good money for them) are not that great in fact and we become upset because THAT’S NOT WHAT WE WANT!
Of course, it is cool and great if you have brand clothes, but still, don’t worry if you don’t. Why don’t worry, you may ask?! Because sometimes not everything that’s got a brand name on it is necessarily qualitative and beautiful. How many of you bought clothes from brand stores and after a while, let’s just say a couple of days or a week, you noticed that the clothes are far from what you just bought or saw on the internet?! I guess many of you can relate to that issue and you are unhappy with some of the products you just purchased, my guess as well.
I have to say, some of the brand clothes are qualitative and they will last in your closet, but they are of course more expensive than the average and not everybody affords those prices on a weekly or even monthly basis. That’s why it is important for you to know how to choose the best materials and pick out the clothes you like accordingly to your budget and your own style. Try to get clothes that are made of natural fibers like cotton, wool, linen (flax) or combinations between them. Don’t you ever try to wear something that doesn’t suit you because in this way you won’t be YOU. It is important to stay true to the style that defines you and the style that makes you feel good, comfortable and happy.
Always when you go shopping try on your size exactly, not a smaller or larger size because you want to feel great in the clothes you choose, not be uncomfortable. Even if you like something that maybe your friends have or something that you saw in the magazines or online, it is better to try them on first and see if they suit your style and figure before buying them. You don’t have to try and be fashionable and always follow the trends because they change so fast. The real trend is you and the items you feel good wearing them because it is all about you and your happiness. Happy shopping and don’t forget that it is not about the brand, it’s about your own style!
